How The 10% Quarterly Residual Works
The math is simple on purpose. When a company you refer signs up for the APEX System, you earn 10% of their total quarterly fee every quarter, as long as they remain a paying client.

You fill out a simple application so we understand who you are connected to and how you plan to share APEX.
Receive Your Tools
Once approved, you receive an affiliate tracking link or referral process, plus simple scripts and assets you can share with decision makers.
Make Introductions
You connect us with company owners or leadership and we handle the demos, strategy calls, and contracting.
Earn 10% Every Quarter
When a referred company goes live and pays their quarterly invoice, you receive 10% of what they pay, quarter after quarter, as long as they remain a client.
Payout Schedule & Simple Rules
This is a real business relationship. We spell out the basics so there are no surprises.
Payouts & Tracking
- Commission rate: 10% of net collected quarterly invoices
- Payout timing: typically within 15 days after the end of each paid quarter
- Payout method: PayPal, bank transfer, or agreed upon option
- Referrals tracked by affiliate link, official referral form, or written attribution
Qualifications & Limits
- You are paid only on companies you actually refer
- Commissions are only paid on invoices that are successfully collected
- If a company cancels or fails to pay, commissions for that client stop
- We reserve the right to decline affiliates who are not a fit for our brand
